About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in our 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive support to our surgical teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operating theatre operations.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to strict standards and guidelines.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the NMC/HCPC is essential.
  • Previous experience in scrub/anaesthetics/recovery is highly desirable, with a minimum of two specialisms.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our business.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient-focused care.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, flexible shift patterns, private pension scheme, and life assurance.
