Job Description:

At GB035 Mercer (UK) Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Health and Benefits solutions. As a Senior Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales professional with a strong track record of success in corporate sales, who can effectively communicate the value of our health and benefits solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK corporate market, excellent business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Health and Benefits space
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives and procurement teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and marketing, to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Providing thought leadership and industry insights to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the corporate market, with a strong track record of success
  • Deep understanding of the UK corporate market and its trends and challenges
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of Health and Benefits solutions
