Full-Time Stockroom Operations Supervisor Role

As a key member of the Kohl's Peru team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom. In this role, you will supervise store operations, work alongside and lead associates to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of store operational processes, including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment. You will be responsible for supporting inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute sound operational processes, including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment.
  2. Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices.
  3. Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing an accurate stockroom, and directing floor replenishment as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
  4. Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices, proper inventory procedures, productivity standards, and how to leverage Kohl's tools and resources.
  5. Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product, ensuring partnership on product placement and brand standards.
  6. Demonstrate and coach a customer service mindset, including customer service philosophies, anticipating customer needs, and satisfactorily resolving issues.
  7. Monitor and adjust resources as the business dictates to support customer needs and workload demands when assigned by a store executive as leader on duty.
  8. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed business decisions that drive overall store results.
  9. Train, monitor, and reinforce company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  10. Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers.

Requirements

Required

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  2. Experience supervising teams or associates, including the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals.
  3. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs.
  5. Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
  6. Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
