Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Thetford. This is an office-based role that involves generating new leads, making proactive sales calls, building relationships with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, conducting market research, analysing customer needs, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls

  • Make proactive sales calls
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably telephone sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great at data entry and keeping CRM systems up to date

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure (OTE £30,000 per year)
  • 28 days holiday allowance per year, including bank holidays
  • A Monday to Friday working schedule from 0800-1630
