Sales Manager Position in the UK

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve significant sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales team's performance, setting realistic targets and developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets, with an estimated salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with our business objectives, identifying new sales opportunities and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term business success and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales efforts.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in sales strategy and team management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a ability to motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
