Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic support to our Financial Advisers and wider team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the provision of comprehensive financial planning services to personal and corporate clients, incorporating protection products, investment products, pension planning, and tax planning.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and research, preparing for meetings and supporting the financial planner with clients. Post-meeting, liaise with clients/providers to submit/process various types of new business.
  • Recommend improvements to clients' records, systems, and practices, and assist as needed.
  • Organize and support every client effectively and efficiently to meet the Group's standards and ensure effective completion before review by the Financial Planner.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have or be willing to study towards a relevant qualification in Financial Planning.
  • Experience working for an IFA office or financial institution, with at least two years of Financial Services administration experience.
