About the Role

The Money Matters Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with strategic goals. This includes overseeing a new initiative aimed at building lasting financial resilience through debt-repayment and financial stability support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the project's daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of services and goals.
  • Oversee the debt-repayment initiative, working closely with clients to develop personalized financial plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address financial stability challenges faced by disadvantaged communities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including community groups and service providers.
  • Contribute to the development of project reports, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent project coordination and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with disadvantaged communities and a deep understanding of financial inclusion challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
