Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic support to our Financial Advisers and wider team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process, with experience using industry software, ideally gained within an IFA or financial services practice. You will be responsible for supporting the provision of holistic financial planning services for both personal and corporate clients, incorporating the use of protection products, investment products, pension planning, and tax planning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and research for meetings and supporting the financial planner with clients.
  • Liaising with clients/providers to submit/process various types of new business.
  • Recommending improvements to clients' records, systems, and practices.
  • Organising and supporting every client as effectively and efficiently as possible to the Group's standards.
