Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Administrator to join our team at Aztec Group. As an integral part of our Functional Operations and Static Data team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming work requests via various channels, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Update task manager fields accurately, including dates, sub-types, and matter codes.
  • Manage workload by assigning tasks to team members for completion.
  • Collaborate closely with FOSD managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and maintain system access requests for team members and new joiners.
  • Manage inbox and create tasks as required.
  • Maintain the project database.
  • Perform other duties as directed by your manager.

Requirements

  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Computer literacy skills, particularly in Office 365.
