Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our residential service in Bristol, providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities. Our aim is to empower service users to live independently.

This position requires a quality-focused individual who can manage a team and ensure excellent standards of care. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a residential care home and be committed to delivering person-centred care.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality care and services
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
