Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our Litigation, Arbitration & Investigation team in London. As a key member of our global business development team, you will report directly to the Global BD Director and manage a team of 3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a source of guidance and support to both partners and associates in relation to the development and implementation of business development plans and initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of client targeting, product-specific business development, and practice profile initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global business development team to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, associates, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within a global law firm at senior manager level in a business development role.
  • Strong working knowledge of a disputes lead practice and experience of leading a successful business development team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and expansion.
