Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Co-ordinate logistics for hotel refurbishments, including arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee files, including personnel information and performance evaluations.
  • Process payroll activities, including salary reviews and benefit administration.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for senior executives.
  • Manage internal communications, including responding to phone calls and emails.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
