Corporate Assistant

Are you a highly organised and detail-focused individual looking for a new challenge? Look no further As a Corporate Assistant at Crimson Hotels Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including preparation of reports and presentations.
- Co-ordinate logistics for hotel refurbishments, including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of employee files, including personnel information and performance evaluations.
- Process payroll activities, including salary reviews and benefit administration.
- Organise travel and accommodation for senior executives.
- Manage internal communications, including responding to phone calls and emails.
- Process and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
