Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Sales to join our sales team, working for a prestigious hotel brand.
Key Accountabilities:- Driving profitable revenue across MICE, corporate, and third-party segments.
- Delivering against a targeted sales and marketing account development plan for the hotel.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination with other areas of the hotel.
As a successful Assistant Director of Sales, you will enjoy a highly competitive salary between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, 28 holiday days, pension plan, and career support and development.
Requirements:- A commercially astute multi-tasker who can manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong track record of driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
