Job Title: Credit Analyst

Intesa Sanpaolo, the leading banking group in Italy, is seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the credit granting process, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying credit risks, and making informed recommendations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze financial data, including annual and interim financial statements, industry reports, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business model, financial position, and creditworthiness.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, including financial projections, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager, Legal Department, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless credit granting processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to ensure the bank's credit policies and procedures are aligned.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in corporate credit analysis, preferably in a banking or rating agency environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, with experience in tools such as Excel and financial software.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
