About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for underwriting new business applications and delivering timely credit decisions within SLA guidelines and in accordance with Credit policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete in-depth analysis of financial performance and credit worthiness of SME clients.
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive credit proposals and present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders / senior management.
  • Be curious and aware of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the credit process.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in commercial loan underwriting, credit sanctioning or credit analysis within the UK SME sector.
  • Be competent with financial analysis.
  • Have experience of due diligence, credit analysis, basic modelling exposure.

Fluency in Spanish is a must for this role.
