Education Support Specialist

We are looking for an Education Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in the United Kingdom. The role involves providing support to students and teachers in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student engagement.
- Enforce discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
- Support students with their learning when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
