Supportive Education Professional

Catch22 is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supportive Education Professional to join our team in a Primary school setting. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people, particularly those with challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and be able to provide guidance and support to our students. They will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies, ensuring that all pupils feel safe and supported.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and passionate about education. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised support to students with complex needs
- Developing and implementing behaviour management plans
- Liaising with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective student support
- Contributing to the development of engaging and inclusive lessons
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
