About the Opportunity:
  • Support students with their academic and personal growth, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans, ensuring student engagement and academic progress.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, promoting student well-being and academic success.
  • Evaluate student progress, providing insightful feedback to teachers and contributing to ongoing professional development.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
  • An excellent understanding of the Secondary school system, including its policies and procedures.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting students' learning journeys.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including an enhanced DBS check, full references, and eligibility to work in the UK.
