**Job Title:** SEN Faculty Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our SEN department at Teach.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of children. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs.
- Assist students with their daily routines, including meal times and hygiene practices.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- GCSE English and maths (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
