Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs at beBee Professionals in Lowestoft.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to help students overcome learning barriers.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
