Business Development Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales professional to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and negotiating and closing sales deals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the IT sector. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Experience of selling IT products from multiple manufacturers would be highly desirable.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • To identify and generate new business opportunities
  • To develop and maintain existing client relationships
  • To negotiate and close sales deals
  • To work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and profit share schemes. The role also offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home one day a week.

In addition to basic salary, this position has an excellent uncapped commission package that is the best in the industry along with an additional profit share scheme. You will have an opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with talented professionals in the IT sector.
