About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to support our team at Porsche Centre Edinburgh.

As a Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, communicating effectively with internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure all requests are handled promptly, and provide assistance with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.

You will also maintain the parts stock room, ensuring stock levels are managed, and taking responsibility for ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

About You

Experience in a similar role within the motor industry and IT literacy are essential. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required, along with excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and providing expert advice on our products and services.

A driving license is preferable to support with parts delivery using our company parts van.
