Library Advisor

As a Library Advisor with the City of Edinburgh Council, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our communities. You will engage with users and partner organisations to provide dynamic services that meet the needs of our customers.
Our libraries are at the heart of community life, providing a wide range of experiences and opportunities for all. We have 2 positions available, at Drumbrae and Muirhouse libraries, both busy branches that cater to broad community bases.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to deliver activities and work with people of all ages. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, and provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check if applicable.

This role is part of the Edinburgh City library service, and the successful candidate would be required to work in any of the 27 libraries across the city to support wider service requirements.
