Benton Robertson is seeking a Clinical Triage Specialist to lead the triage team and provide clinical guidance to practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in an IAPT setting and be able to set and maintain standards of care in clinical triage.

About the Job:
The Triage Lead will be responsible for deploying and supervising the triage team, supporting staff covering the triage function, and maintaining client records. This role also involves participating in the development of protocols and pathways to support self-management and standardisation of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain standards of care in clinical triage
- Deploy, co-ordinate, and supervise the triage team across the service
- Provide leadership and management to a team and support staff covering the triage function
- Maintain client and other records
