We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Verto People. As an Account Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing existing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities in the compressed air market.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to take their career to the next level. As an Account Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing key accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
You will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and targeted marketing efforts. Your technical expertise in compressed air products and solutions will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the compressed air industry. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
- Deliver tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue for existing accounts
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of compressed air products and solutions
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or Sales Representative
- Technical engineering qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, degree-level qualifications)
- Full clean driving license
- Competitive salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience
