Job Title: Cancer Care Coordinator - Uro-Oncology Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Cancer Care Coordinator, providing exceptional support to patients undergoing treatment for urological cancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and support under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • Ensure timely investigations, procedures, and treatment for patients with urological cancers.
  • Monitor and report response times to inbound telephone calls.
  • Contribute to holistic needs assessments, care plans, and patient reviews.
  • Provide education and support resources for patients.
