Job Title: Business Contract Processor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Contract Processor to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a Business Contract Processor, you will be responsible for processing customer contracts accurately within a service level agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all customer contracts received from closed won opportunities accurately and efficiently within a given SLA.
- Process tasks from team queues in sequence.
- Liaise with internal colleagues and external customers to resolve queries.
- Provide excellent service at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn about Daisy products and adaptable to business change.
- Experience of dealing with customers, internal colleagues, and suppliers in relation to registering, checking, and processing components of an order.
- Has a keen eye for detail with a flexible approach to the job in hand.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask and not drop the ball.
- Must be well organized and able to work to deadlines and manage own tasks efficiently.
- Strong team player but able to work independently and take ownership for own workload.
- Experience of working on in-house systems and sound working knowledge of Word & Excel or the willingness to learn.
