Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at the Novotel London Bridge. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and attending to all guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring all guest details are updated and accurate
  • Checking and passing on guest mail, messages, and parcels
  • Liaising with Housekeeping on room information and lost property
  • Completing audit tasks and ensuring accurate cashiering balances
  • Performing other duties as required by management
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great organisational and administration skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide an efficient and effective service to guests
