As a Night Auditor at Sea Containers London, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include balancing accounts, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel during the night shift.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest requests or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of room statuses and updates in the property management system.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide a detailed handover to the morning shift to ensure continuity of service.
