Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and complete daily revenue postings.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports to inter departments.
  • Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
  • Collate paperwork for departures and coordinate with the Front Office team.
  • Provide supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit and Reception.
  • Maximise guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
  • Attend to guest requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Guest-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
