**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at The Gantry London – Curio Collection by Hilton. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcoming guests with a personalized approach and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Anticipating and addressing guests' needs proactively.
  • Competently handling reservations, upselling, and maximizing room rates.
  • Auditing room rates, charges, reconciling, and balancing revenues generated as per night audit checklist.

**Requirements**

  • Great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to create a wow factor through perfect customer service for every guest.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
