Job Summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor to join our highly successful team on a part-time basis. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring internal controls are maintained to the highest standard, analyzing revenue streams, and maintaining effective controls over the reporting of the hotel's income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all systems are balanced and ready for the night run, including mini-bar, telephones, and all other revenue.
  • Check all adjustments, allowances, and credit card refunds for appropriateness and backup.
  • Check Front of House city ledger invoices and backups.
  • Reconcile Credit Card Systems.
  • Analyze credit risk report.
  • Assist with checking in and our guests during the night time hours.
