Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Full-Time Night Auditor at Mornington Victoria hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service, handling check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Work closely with reservation and third-party agent systems to maintain a seamless night audit process.
- Complete daily tasks and reports to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with hotel policies.
- Previous experience in a hotel receptionist or auditing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00.
