Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off/shift work 8pm to 8am
Salary: £ plus service charge (Up to £28,000 per annum including service charge)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at The Rubens at The Palace Hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling credit card banking, compiling guest billing and reports, and handling reservations and guest queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile credit card banking for Rubens
- Compile guest billing and reports for next day and distribute to departments
- Scan all relevant documentation overnight
- Handle reservations and walk-ins, and deal with any guest queries
- Understand the layout of the hotel and allocate rooms to guests according to their needs
- Post news papers, hotel service charge on guest accounts
- Cancel or No Show arrivals who have not arrived in the hotel
- Print the daily Reports for all the different departments
