Night Receptionist 4on 4off Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our team at Central UK Head Office Red Carnation Hotels (London). As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking in and out guests while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Managing requests and creating personalized experiences for our guests.
  • Compiling guests' accounts and performing administrative duties to ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
