Job Summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at MOXY London Excel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and balance the day's accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets, preparing food, cleaning, tidying, restocking, taking deliveries, and organizing BOH areas.
  • Follow all food safety, licensing, and health & safety policies to work safely.
  • Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
  • Personal experience of travel and the travel industry.
