Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at MERCURE. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our hotel and its guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct night audits and hotel safety checks to identify and address any potential security risks.
  • Assist in the general running of the hotel at night, including supporting other departments to set up for the next day.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and safe during their stay.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to resolve any guest issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial transactions and guest information.
Requirements:
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures, as well as guest confidentiality.
  • Ability to use Property Management System software, such as OPERA Cloud.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous.
