Adults Nighttime Care Coordinator

Glenholme Healthcare Group Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking an experienced Adults Nighttime Care Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards or have a desire to undertake their Level 3.
The hourly salary for this position is $50, and we offer paid training and industry-recognised qualifications.
About the Role:
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating nighttime care activities
- Leading a team of care staff
- Providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
- Assisting with medication administration
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Working towards or having a desire to undertake Level 3
- Enhanced DBS check
