Head of Customer Retention and Brand Strategy

This role is a key part of our team at Gopuff, where we're dedicated to delivering convenience and predictability to our customers. As the Head of Customer Retention and Brand Strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy, focusing on customer life cycles and personalized messaging across multiple channels.
You will:
- Develop and refine our CRM strategy, leveraging data and personalization to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Lead the execution of targeted CRM campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive CRM and brand success.
- Build and strengthen our brand, aligning strategies with our growth objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to drive customer engagement and retention, using data to inform our approach.
You'll have:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM or brand strategy role, with a track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Braze for setting up and optimizing customer communication.
- Expertise in customer lifecycle management, campaign personalization, and brand development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy.
