Head of Loyalty Job Description

The Change Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer loyalty programme for a leading travel brand. As Head of Loyalty, you will be responsible for creating a programme that drives customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a customer-centric loyalty programme that meets the needs of diverse customer segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer participation and engagement with the brand.
  • Oversee the operations of the loyalty programme, including budget management and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty programme across all customer touchpoints.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators related to customer loyalty and programme effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, and marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and segmentation.
  • Proven experience in managing loyalty programmes or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working in the DTC travel industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, loyalty programme platforms, and data analysis tools.
