Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests, maintaining the highest standards of service at all times.
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, and be a true ambassador for excellent service.
  • Deal with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face-to-face or over the telephone.
  • Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you will continually learn and develop.
  • Be responsible for gaining experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensuring company and legal requirements are maintained.
  • Promote the company values and behaviours at all times.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic about change, focused on details, and trustworthy.
  • Right to work in the UK, with documented evidence of eligibility required prior to commencing employment.
