Homeless Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homeless Outreach Worker to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.
About the Role:- Provide outreach support to individuals experiencing homelessness, including assessment, guidance, and signposting to local services.
- Work closely with local agencies, charities, and statutory services to ensure a comprehensive support network for our clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, housing providers, and healthcare services.
- Conduct regular home visits and provide support to individuals in their own homes, as well as in outreach settings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver outreach programs, including training and awareness-raising initiatives.
- UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local services and resources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary of £24,004.50 (Pro Rata)
