Job Title: Homeless Outreach Specialist

Brook Street Social Care NMR is seeking a skilled Homeless Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered support to service users, enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and meet their immediate needs.
  • Work with a range of other organizations to support individuals and provide holistic care.
  • Make quick decisions to help individuals or refer them to external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with homeless individuals or those at risk of becoming homeless.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
