Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily household tasks, personal care, and social interaction
  • Encourage and facilitate community activities and outings
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide comprehensive support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A kind and caring approach, with strong communication skills
  • The ability to work flexibly, including day, evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts
  • No prior experience is required, as full training will be given
  • A valid UK driving license (essential for this role)
