Patient Advocate Manager

Job Switch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Patient Advocate Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in advocating for patients' rights and interests.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing patients' interests in care planning and decision-making processes
- Advocating for patients' rights and needs within healthcare systems and social care services
- Providing education and support to patients and their families on care options and services
We are looking for an experienced professional who can think critically and creatively, and who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- A master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience in patient advocacy or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
You should also have a deep understanding of the issues facing older adults and their families, as well as knowledge of current healthcare policies and trends.
