About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mandarin speaking finance professional to join our team as a Finance Executive - Sales and Business Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting bancassurance products to customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Sell and promote bancassurance products to customers, identify new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Prospecting and Cold Calls: Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales.
  • Sales and Marketing Events: Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for upselling activities.
  • Financial Advice and Policy Matters: Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must not be less than 21 years old.
  • Education: Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Experience in sales and telemarketing would be an added advantage.
  • Interest in Sales: Must have a strong interest in sales.
  • Mandarin Language: Mandarin speakers preferred.
