About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mandarin speaking finance professional to join our team at J-Recruit Recruitment Agency. As a Finance Executive - Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for selling and promoting bancassurance products, identifying customer segments for new sales, and building business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for upselling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell and promote bancassurance products to customers, identify new sales opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Prospecting and Cold Calls: Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales, and build relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for upselling activities.
  • Sales and Marketing Events: Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Financial Advice and Follow-up Service: Provide financial advice and follow-up service on policy matters to customers, and build relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for upselling activities.
Requirements
  • Age: Must not be less than 21 years old.
  • Education: Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Experience in sales and telemarketing would be an added advantage.
  • Language: Must have a strong interest in sales and be proficient in Mandarin.
