Independent Living Advisor

P3 Charity is seeking an Independent Living Advisor to join our Older Peoples Visiting Support Service in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for empowering individuals to live independently by providing expert guidance and support. With your exceptional communication skills and knowledge of local services, you'll help clients navigate complex systems and make informed decisions about their care.
About the Role- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on independent living options.
- Assisting clients in understanding their choices and accessing relevant services.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
