Job Description

P3 Charity is a modern organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services for individuals experiencing social exclusion. Our Tenancy Support Worker role involves assisting people in finding suitable accommodation solutions and maintaining their tenancies.

This dynamic position requires providing housing-related support and advice to individuals at risk of homelessness. You will engage with clients in their homes and community settings to help them understand their options and navigate available services, with the ultimate goal of preventing evictions and fostering independence.

Role Requirements

We seek motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and possess a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. While experience is valuable, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

The ideal candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note that this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
