About the Position

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Bury Ramsey. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support to individuals with autism
  • Helping individuals to develop their independent living skills
  • Managing rotas and allocating shifts
  • Booking training and development opportunities for yourself and others
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
